The Teaching Initiatives Program (TIP) is Bank First’s signature community program supporting teachers and students across Victoria. It came from an understanding of how difficult it can be to fund new teaching ideas or programs. Since its inception in 1993, Bank First has invested more than $840,000 into more than 700 projects across Victoria.

In 2024, Bank First will invest a further $30,500 into innovative projects to support teachers and students across Victoria:

• A share of $30,000 to successful projects. Typically, grants range between $200 and $2000.
• All successful 2023 TIP recipients will be eligible for the People’s Choice Award.
