Teaching Initiatives Program

Rewarding innovation in education.

30 years of Teaching Initiatives Progra

Congratulations

We are pleased to anounce the 2023 Teaching Initiatives Program (TIP) winners. Find out if your school has made it onto our TIP map.

For 30 years Bank First, a bank first established by teachers for teachers, has recognised and rewarded innovation in our schools. Our Teaching Initiatives Program (TIP) has granted more than $778,000 to support more than 700 projects in Victorian schools.

Generations of school children have benefited from TIP funding. Projects range from establishing worm and compost farms, music, art and performing arts equipment and programs, mathematical and recycled playgrounds and those which reflect cultural and Indigenous diversity in our schools.

While we take a look back at TIP funded projects across the years, we look forward to celebrating our 2023 recipients.
